The Adapps Software Apps (hereinafter: ‘App’, ‘Apps’ or ‘App’s’) are created by Adapps Software Bl. Tek. Tic LTD. ŞTİ., a limited liability company under Turkey law (hereinafter: ‘Adapps Software’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING ANY Adapps Software APPS.

Adapps Software Bl. Tek. Tic LTD. ŞTİ. is an App development and App publisher company. We deliver Apps to almost all app stores all over the world. We create Apps for many different devices including but not limited to phones, tablets, watches, TVs, etc.

We make Apps available to you subject to the following Terms of Use. Do not use the App if you do not accept these Terms of Use. If you use the App, you affirmatively accept these Terms of Use.

1. Use of Apps

You are consenting to our processing of data as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree Adapps Software is not liable for third-party content and you are solely responsible for your usage.
The App may periodically connect to our servers to check for updates; by using the App, you consent to these updates.
We may discontinue the App or parts of it at any time without notice.
You may not use the App for spamming, phishing, or sending disruptive messages.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the App is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
Any unauthorized use will immediately terminate your license.

3. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Adapps Software is not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the App.
Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

4. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
Disputes shall be resolved amicably or in the Court of Ankara-Turkey unless otherwise required by law.
Any claims must be made within one (1) year or they will be barred.

5. Changes
